My order was sent to the wrong address. Can I have it resent?
Orders will be sent to the address provided at the time of check out. Please make sure your address is correct before placing your order.
If your order has been returned due to an incomplete/bad address or is unable to be forwarded, please contact me for a replacement. Buyer is responsible for any additional shipping charges.
If your order has been returned due to a seller error, then shipping will be covered at no cost to you.
Why is my tracking number not updating?
Etsy has provided a tracking option through Pitney Bowes for First Class Letter Mail. This option is for smaller flat items such as sticker, bookmarks, mini prints, etc.
You will receive a tracking number that begins with 003. Many times, USPS does not scan this tracking number and may say pre-transit until it's delivered.
First Class Letter Mail may take up to 10 business days to be delivered, so if that timeframe has passed, please reach out to me for additional options.
